Zalando?wants to have up to 50 points in residential areas that are operated by people who spend much of the day at home, such as stay-at-home parents, entrepreneurs and retirees. They will earn an “additional small monthly income” for collecting packages from neighbors and delivering parcels nearby

Customers can select their preferred pick-up point during the checkout process on Zalando.dk, after which PostNord will deliver the parcel to the new service point. The Nordic postal company will also send a message via text or email when the parcel is ready for pick-up.
